Showing off your video game at gaming conventions seems like a no brainer. But where else can you show your rhythm game? How about some of the most rhythmic places out there - FESTIVALS đŽ
As part of the gaming hall we've showcased our demo of Beat Slayer at "the most metal place on earth" - Ferropolis and that not only once, but TWICE.
We started of our festival shenanigans with the all black Full Force Festival.
We have to say the people there have been some of the most friendly and respectful persons we've met. Their eardrums were probably as trained as their neck muscles from all the headbanging. Not to mention there skills when it comes to slaying robots to the rhythm of music.
After 3 days of music that shook the whole gaming hall we drove back home, got a little bit of well deserved rest and made our way back to the area. But this time around the hip-hop fans have taken over.
SPLASH! has started.
Bass that almost bursted the windows of the hall, heads bopping to the beat and even freaking Otto Waalkes on stage? Yes, the Splash!-Festival truly was interesting in many ways.
After 2 weeks of loud music, crowds of people and sleeping on camp beds our first festival tour was over. It was an unbelievable experience and a lot of fun.
We want to take a moment to thank our colleagues who were there and espacially our friends from Nerdistan who organized the whole gaming hall and turned the area into the awesome place it was. Stay tuned for more updates!
Thanks to everyone who played the demo and also to everyone who put Beat Slayer on their wishlist!
